Village Day Plant Stall

Our busy plant stall on Village Day 2018

Our plant stall was a great success with the many customers buying a range of flower, herb and vegetable plants. Many thanks to all who helped on the day setting up and selling the plants. Thanks to everyone who brought plants to sell, and finally to all our customers. The new location of 'Village Day' in Milton Court was perfect for us and our customers must have agreed, as we made record sales!

The trading hut was open as usual throughout Festival Week, with extended opening hours of 10:30am-12:30pm on Sunday 10th June and refreshments were available which went down well with our customers!

Open Gardens and Allotments

One of the most popular events that takes place thoughout Festival Week is the Open Gardens. Several of our Members opened their gardens, and the Glebe allotments were also open. Here is a selection of photos from the week. More than half the Open Gardens were members' gardens (including the Glebe Allotments). A big thank you to all!
